We will cover technical issues such as; image size & resolution, camera controls and functions, manual and automatic shooting modes, exposure fundamentals, focusing, white balance, color parameters, ISO sensitivity, understanding histograms, the benefits of camera RAW; as well as creative controls including; depth of field, focal length, manual exposure, metering options and proper use of flash. Included in the course is a outdoor shoot with coaching at a picturesque local location. Please bring your digital SLR (with fresh battery charge), and owners manual if you have one, to each class.
